REGISTER TO ATTEND VIRTUAL PUBLIC HEARING
TO JOIN HEARING BY INVITATION LINK
To join the meeting, click the link that the host provided or is shown on the confirmation page upon completing registration.
If the host sent a registration confirmation email, the link can also be found there.
TO JOIN HEARING MANUALLY
Locate the meeting ID from your registration email. It may appear at the end of the phone dial-in information, or it will be in the join link, just after https://zoom.us/w/
Sign in to the Zoom desktop application or mobile app. If you do not have the Zoom desktop application on your computer or mobile device, you may download the desktop application here prior to the meeting: https://zoom.us/download and you can download the Zoom mobile app by searching for it in either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Click on Join.
Enter the webinar ID, and click Join or Join Meeting.
If prompted, enter your name and email address, then click Join Meeting or Join.

Enter webinar ID number when prompted
WAIT FOR HOST TO START PUBLIC HEARING
If the host hasn’t started broadcasting the webinar you’ll receive one of the following messages depending on your device type: Please wait for the host to start this webinar or Waiting for the host to start this meeting.
If you receive a message showing the date and time of the webinar, check the date and start time of the webinar including the time zone. Make sure to join when the webinar starts.
