Virtual Public Meetings

To allow an opportunity for the public to learn about the Draft Programmatic Agreement and provide their input and concerns, the Air Force has scheduled two virtual public meetings.

When: Sept 21, 2022, 6:30 - 8:30 PM Central Time (US & Canada)

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.

September 22, 2022

Topic: Public Meeting

When: Sept 22, 2022, 6:30 - 8:30 PM Mountain Time (US & Canada)

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.

The virtual meeting may adjourn before 8:30 p.m. upon or after verification that all participants who desire to speak have been heard and there are no more registered speakers.

To request accommodation to access the print and audio presentation, ask for help making a comment (per the Americans with Disabilities Act), or if you need assistance attending via phone due to lack of internet availability, please call Air Force Global Strike Command Public Affairs at (307) 773-3400 no later than September 14, 2022.

TO JOIN MEETING BY INVITATION LINK

To join the meeting, click the link that the host provided or is shown on the confirmation page upon completing registration.

If the host sent a registration confirmation email, the link can also be found there.

TO JOIN MEETING MANUALLY

  1. Locate the meeting ID from your registration email. It may appear at the end of the phone dial-in information, or it will be in the join link, just after https://zoom.us/w/

  2. Sign in to the Zoom desktop application or mobile app. If you do not have the Zoom desktop application on your computer or mobile device, you may download the desktop application here prior to the meeting: https://zoom.us/download and you can download the Zoom mobile app by searching for it in either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  3. Click on Join.

  4. Enter the webinar ID, and click Join or Join Meeting.

  5. If prompted, enter your name and email address, then click Join Meeting or Join.

TO JOIN MEETING BY TELEPHONE

  1. Locate dial-in information in your registration confirmation email

  2. Dial phone number

  3. Enter webinar ID number when prompted

WAIT FOR HOST TO START PUBLIC MEETING

If the host hasn’t started broadcasting the webinar you’ll receive one of the following messages depending on your device type: Please wait for the host to start this webinar or Waiting for the host to start this meeting.

If you receive a message showing the date and time of the webinar, check the date and start time of the webinar including the time zone. Make sure to join when the webinar starts.
